Criteria: The purpose of this award is to recognize, promote and encourage volunteer work. Possible candidates include leaders of the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4-H and other youth groups, as well as librarians, coaches, school board members and foundation board members. This award will be a way of thanking other volunteers for their efforts to make Arlington a special place to call home.
